Formerly A Calm Kid Podcast, the Rise Up Roses Podcast is a powerful self-regulation and connection tool designed for families to listen to together.
Rise Up Roses is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to empowering caregivers and children with mindfulness tools through movement. Our programs help foster self-belief, emotional regulation, inner awareness, and overall well-being. We teach in pre-K, elementary, middle, and high schools, offering both in-person and online programs for teachers, kids, and caregivers.

How the Podcast Works:
Each episode is designed to provide caregivers and kids with practical self-regulation tools, creating a shared experience that nurtures connection. Here’s what you can expect:
✅ Breathwork to regulate the body
✅ Guided imagery stories for relaxation and focus
✅ Empathy-building through mindful storytelling
✅ Growth mindset practices with affirmations and transformational tools
By spending just 5 to 15 minutes together, caregivers and kids can develop self-regulation skills, strengthen their bond, and build emotional resilience.

To help families grow together by providing mindful stories that foster awareness, empathy, and emotional well-being. To raise calm kids, we must first show up as calm caregivers—and this podcast is here to support you on that journey.
